Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery

After your order ships, delivery is expected within 20 business days. This shipping estimate is separate from the 5–7 business day processing time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs inspections, public holidays, or incorrect address information may cause delays outside our control.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at lala-gift@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or has shipped.
