Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Because some orders may include personalized preferences, mystery selections, filming, or special packing, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Estimated Delivery
After your order has shipped, delivery may take up to 20 business days. Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number. We will help review the tracking information and contact the carrier when appropriate.
A package marked as delivered by the carrier is not automatically eligible for a refund. Please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the local carrier.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the products, packaging, and shipping label.
